Refund policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we canβt offer you a full refund or exchange. You may still be eligible for a partial refund or store credit. Clearance, discontinued, custom or promotional items are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging. Important: do not remove the individual plastic coveringΒ your newΒ piece of jewelry as it will no longer be eligible for a return and/or full refund. Opening the box to viewΒ your piece of jewelry is permitted. Also, ensure no damage is made to the packaging, particularly the outer barcode.Β
In addition, any items including the following goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any seasonal item (i.e. any item on sale specifically for a festivity, such as, Valentine's Day, Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.)
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note: express shipping fees are non-refundable and there is aΒ standard 15% restocking fee for all returns, deducted directly fromΒ your refund (if eligible).
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you havenβt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youβve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@unitedse7en.com
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Clearance, promotional and some sale items cannot be refunded or may be eligible for a partial refund only. All sale items, however, can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value than the original. If the item is of greater value,Β customers may have to cover theΒ upgrade fee.Β
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will promptly replace any item(s) if they are defective or damaged on receipt, but we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item or an alternate item, please send us an email at support@unitedse7en.com. All exchangesΒ involve a standard 15% restocking fee andΒ any associated shipping fees must be covered by the customer.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youβll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If the item wasnβt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, email us at support@unitedse7en.com for the appropriate return label and/or return address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Expedited, express, or priority shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item or group of items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donβt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
