How do I return or exchange my item(s)?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
- You will get a confirmation email with the specific guidelines to follow once your return or exchange request is approved
What items are returnable or exchangeable?
You can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition and packaging
- For clothing and accessories, unwashed and unworn
- Jewelry cannot be removed from protective seal (health precaution)
- Sale or discounted items, free gifts, and promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for a return or exchange?
- There are no restocking charges for a return or exchange
- You are, however, responsible for the cost of return shipping
- In addition, for exchanges, if the item is of higher cost than the original purchase, you are responsible for the cost difference
How soon will I get my refund or credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Partial refunds are also permitted.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed to your original payment method, within 4-7 business days. If your credit request is approved, store credit will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.
